Thank you for all of your support for [Your Arbor Heights Child]!I am writing today to invite you to join the Arbor Heights Elementary Circle of Friends by donating to our PTA’s 4th Annual Direct Drive Fundraiser!
As you may know, the Arbor Heights Elementary School PTA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization set up to support the Students, the Families, and the Staff of the Arbor Heights Community. The PTA funds it’s $74,000 annual budget (which, shockingly, is bigger than our school’s operating budget provided by the State!) through various charitable giving events (membership drive, direct donation drive, annual auction, etc.) This year PTA priorities (voted on by membership) include: Young Author’s Day, 5th Grade Camp, Instrumental Music, Playground Equipment, Academic Enrichment and Field Trips, Safety Patrol, Library, Global Reading Challenge, Sports Equipment, and Teacher Requests for innovative learning.
Our goal this year is modest; we seek tot raise $14,000 to enrich the education of our students! Please consider donating to the Arbor Heights PTA. This is such an efficient way for our school to raise money, ensuring that your donated dollars are spent directly on activities that benefit our community of learners.
All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. Please check with your employer as well, many local companies match donations made to charitable organizations. Thank you for your support, we truly appreciate it and hope to grow our Circle of Friends this year!
