Part 1: Live Auction Event
Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 6pm, The Hall at Fauntleroy
Join us for an unforgettable evening where community, music, and giving come together in support of our school. Guests will enjoy:
- A delicious dinner with wine
- A lively live auction featuring exciting items and experiences
- Games and interactive fun throughout the night
- Music to keep the energy high
- A crowd-favorite Dessert Dash to end the evening on a sweet note
It’s a night to celebrate, connect, and raise funds to help bring music back to our school! Early bird tickets for $100 each are on sale now. The price increases to $125 on March 1.
Part 2: Online Silent Auction
March 23 – April 3, 2026
Whether you attend the live auction event or not, please bid on our wide selection of items online! Look for gift cards, tickets, artwork, experiences and one-of-a-kind classroom art projects. Bidding begins March 23 and ends April 3.
Volunteer
The auction is a BIG job with a BIG fundraising goal to support our school, and we need your help. If you’d like to be a part of the planning committee, please email Heather Nordlund. Our volunteer needs are described below and you can sign up here.
Dinner & Live Auction Portion:
- Event Decor – 3 people
- Team prepares and executes decor for round tables, raffle table, check-in table and entryway; assists with signage
- Dessert Dash Coordinator – 1 person
- Helps procure and manage desserts; sets up dessert table at event; creates and prints table pledge sheets
- Wine Toss Coordinator – 1 person
- Helps procure, manage and store wine until event, sets up table at event, instructs volunteers at event
- Video/Slideshow Creator – 1 person
- Collects photos from yearbook staff, takes a few videos at school, compiles into a slideshow that will be played during Raise-the-paddle
- Volunteer lead – 1 person
- Creates sign-up genius and recruits volunteers for event day; instructs volunteers when they arrive
- Raffle Coordinator – 1 person
- Creates and displays raffle basket(s), creates pledge sheets, instructs volunteers
Online Silent Auction Portion:
- Class Project/Gift Basket Coordinator – 1 person
- Communicates with Hawkeyes and class parent volunteers; coordinates photos and descriptions of each project to the data entry team
- Procurement – 6 people
- Procures items for live and silent auction; send thank-yous after event
- Data Entry Assistants – 3 people
- Assists in entering the procured items into the auction software
Procurement
We need items – big and small – to include in the auction portion of our event. This could include artwork, a gift certificate, tickets, merchandise, vacation home rental, an experience, or whatever you can think of! Please email our treasurer with the details of your donation. If you have a small business, this is a great way to promote it.
