Auction: Classroom Art Projects or Baskets

The spring auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and some of the most loved auction items are art projects created by the students. For each classroom, we need a parent coordinator to facilitate an art project or gift basket. This person can be the classroom Hawkeye, but it doesn’t have to.

Art Projects
The parent coordinator chooses an art project, goes into the classroom, and assists students in creating the art piece. It can be a painted, drawn, 3D, or digitally created. It can be ornate or simple. For project inspiration, take a look at the images below, or ask AI to help you. The sky is the limit!

Gift Baskets
As an alternative to an art project, your classroom can create a gift basket. Pick a theme and parents donate items for the basket. Theme suggestions include: spa & self-care, fitness, sports, coffee, grilling, baking, gardening, crafting or family game night.

How to Help
If you are able to assist with your student’s classroom art project or gift basket, please contact your classroom Hawkeye. Or you can contact Nicole for more information. Once the project or gift basket is complete, please fill out a procurement form, and drop it off in the front office by Friday, February 27, 2026. Thank you!
